Hey everyone,
I just thought I'd talk about stuff for a change, I dunno, I feel like it. lol Anyway, as far as fashion goes, I wanted to sort of vent about people who judge you for how much money you spend on clothes. It drives me nuts! I hate when I spend money on a pair of jeans and then a friend of mine tells me I'm crazy or stupid. Why? First of all, who cares...I liked the jeans! And second of all, half the time people say stuff like that to me, they spend money on other things, like their car or stuff for school, etc, blah blah blah, whatever. Like, I have a friend who's pretty frugal, but he spent ~$300 on a messenger bag and then he says that I'm crazy for spending $50 on a shirt... Okay? lol, I dunno, it just sort of bugs me. In high school, I can remember walking in with a Juicy Couture shirt and 7 for all Mankind jeans and people looking at me like I was a freak because I was one of the only people wearing brands. I don't just wear brands, I love cheap stores and the Canadian Superstore (Joe) for clothes too, but I really enjoy fashion and fun brands. I don't just buy brands because they have a name, I buy them because I like them! Many kids didn't have brand name clothing and thought, "Oh, Mommy and Daddy must have bought you those." No, actually! I buy most of my clothes because I have a job! I hated it when my 'friends' would say stuff like that to me. I dunno, appearances can be deceiving I guess. Anyway, this is totally pointless, and I dunno why I am writing about it, but it was related to fashion, so yeah, LOL.
Even more so what bugs me is when people make fun of you for your music taste, and it's usually narrow-minded people anyway, but still, it's mean! I know I've gotten eyes rolled at me or people saying, "Really? You actually like Britney Spears?" UMMMMM...YES! Actually I do! I also don't just like pop music, I like alot of other genres. I dunno. Don't be afraid to tell people what kind of music you like, because people don't like it they are going to have to deal with it and you should just brush it off your shoulder. Don't let people be mean to you, walk away. Don't take it to heart. I use to, and it use to drive me nuts. Don't let that bother you. Be proud of the music you like!

OMG thats what its like for me i like metal and country and people are like your wierd but i cant help what i like !! :)
i agree in my school its opposite from yours the best brands you have to get but i like bargins as well as brands so we are kinda opposite and may i say i have to wear uniforms at school !!! i hate them they are only ok as you dont have to think about what you are going to have to wear.
also are school decided that the girls have to have the school logo on the pants as they didnt like how you could have a style with them

cant be afraid of being who you are and let others rule your life, each one of us is unique and have unique way of thinking and even unique talents and the truth is we're never gonna be happy until we face it and get to be willing to stand up and fight for it.. and the only ones who's thoughts are worth of our care are those willing to accept us and love us that way! =]
Btw.. im not actually so into Britney's music (but that's the point, isn't it?? hehe) i'm more like into rock and things like that, i like some pop music though.. idk... it actually depends on the lyric and the artist, so it kinda "depends" haha
